Olympus MX2 + Cobra Scanner

Hello, how to perform TCG with cobra scanner?
Work with one leg, two legs or three legs.
What hole diameter for thickness less than 10 mm?
Thanks

Andres,

Your questions indicate you may not have much experience with phased array or ultrasound in general. Are you performing these inspections for your own interest or for a client? What does your procedure say? What code are you inspecting to?

I would recommend reading the wonderful Olympus manual "Advanced in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Applications", which you can get through the Olympus website, or your local distributor free of charge.

this question confused me a month ago. maybe we should treat the cobra as the normal angle beam probe and use the same calibration method just as the PAUT probe.
