Piping calibration block for UT

what is requirement for thickness and curvature for piping block?
Is it same as per non piping block mentioned in article 4

Up to 1 (25) 3/4 (19) or t 3/32 (2.5)
Over 1 (25) through 2 (50) 11/2 (38) or t 1/8 (3)
Over 2 (50) through 4 (100) 3 (75) or t 3/16 (5)

What is the code, standard or specification you are working to?
If it is ASME then what is the year of the edition you are to comply with?

In the 2017 edition of ASME V Areticle 4 the piping calibration block requirements are provided in
"T-434.3 Piping Calibration Blocks".
There you will read that reference is made to T-434.1.7 for the allowed curvatures and it specifically provides the tolerance of the thickness of the calibration block relative to the nominal thickness of the component being tested.
