OCTG DS-1 Inspector in-house training

My company had planned to introduce in-house training and qualifying additional OCTG inspector.
This is by using our current DS-1 inspector to conduct the training.
The current DS-1 inspector was trained and qualified in one of the approved training center such as TH-Hill or Bureau Veritas.

My question is:
1. Is the DS-1 inspector considered qualified to conduct a training for this new person?
2. Can this in-house training cert considered as equivalent to the one held by the DS-1 qualified inspector?
3. Can the newly trained person allowed to carry out an inspection without the supervision of a certified DS-1 inspector by his side?
4. What is the valid period of a DS-1 inspector training cert from the date of training?

Very much appreciated if some OCTG specialist can assist me with the answer and some referenced guideline on the above.

Yes , read DS-1 Capitel 3.28 ,
there you find what you need to do it.

You can choose the inhouse training or external training like by THHill.
