ISO 4386-3 y 4386-1 Liquido penetrante en interfaz

Buenos días, recurro a ustedes para despejar una duda que tengo respecto al criterio de aceptación sobre el ensayo de liquidos penetrantes en patines o cojinetes con respaldo metálico y babbitt (metal blanco). En ISO 4386-3 indique que en la interfaz debo remitirme al criterio de aceptación de la Iso 4386-1 que es de Ultrasonido, y no logro interpretar como debo considerar el defecto, ya que habla de superficie y en la interfaz se dan indicaciones lineales.
Lo escribo en español porque dudo redactarlo claramente en ingles. desde luego muchas gracias.-

Es un placer dirigirme a usted en español.

Yo no dispongo de la parte 3 de ISO 4386, sólo dispongo de la parte 1 de esta norma, en inglés y en edición de 1992.

Dicho esto, creo que puedo ayudarle.
En el párrafo 2 del alcance (Scope), dice que la evaluación de la unión entre el material antifricción (babbitt) con el material del cojinete, en las caras laterales, puede ser evaluada con líquidos penetrantes de acuerdo con ISO 4386-3. Teniendo lo expuesto en consideración, creo que los criterios de aceptación se dan en la tabla 2, columna "Edge zone"

There is an old version of -3 andca -1 on scribd. I dowloaded them. If I have understood you question, you ask about the acceptance criteria of flaws, for pt. There are six classes of acceptance, look in the annex part A.

Gracias Diego, no entiendo porque la edición 2012 omite la tabla 2 donde indica "edge zone". Puede que no este interpretando bien, pero en esta version que pasas esta muy claro.

PD: El dilema es que se debe usar la edición mas reciente ...
