Novel Technique for Measuring Acoustic Impedence

Hi,

We have possibly developed a novel technique for measuring acoustic impedence. All that is involved it placing a special probe on the material in question and the acoustic impedence is imediately calculated.

Does anyone think this would be of any use?

I am not an expert on ultrasonics but I think that your technique could be useful on the devloping of special couplants.
