Replicating material for flat-bottom holes

Replication of flat-bottomed holes (FBHs) as per ASTM E127 and E428 was discussed earlier at http://www.ndt.net/wshop/forum/messages-1/11278.html. Can anyone recommend a specific replication material, supplier, or manufacturer?

Thanks,
David Mackintosh

Re: Replicating material for flat-bottom holes
A few of our reps also sell microset replicating materials

http://www.microset.co.uk

I've not used it in anger myself, but their range seems to be pretty well regarded.

I've used dental imprint material in the past with success. The cure time is fearly fast. Can be purchased from a dental supplier or contact your local dentist for the name of his dental supplier.
