existing Drill shaft

what is most practical and econimical method to evluate the size of hte rebar and the concrete cover thickness in the Drill shaft for traffic pole.

Hello,
The first thing that comes to mind is ground penetrating radar. However this may not get accurate sizes for rebar. If rebar depth/coverage inside the shaft is what you're looking for you may be okay. As far as being economical? Doubt it. Hope it helps.
