Re: UT inspection in railway axles Was it just by chance that this topic raised while NDT.net prepared for the August issue a focus on this topic?! Because in Germany happened an incidence we prepared information. A defective axle caused one of the high-speed trains to derail in July at Cologne's main station. For this incidence we will soon open a new discussion topic in this forum.
