How X-Ray exposure parameters can be freezed if two dissimilar materials (say Copper and Inconel )joined together with ebw other than trial and error basis ?

Re: X-RAY Theoretically, you can calculate the equivalent thickness of each (in terms of steel) and then set the parameters for that thickness of steel. With a method called bracketing (a little higher and a little under exposure around the theoretical value), you should hit the correct exposure parameter in just a couple of trials.
