Re: UT code
Reply by Udo Schlengermann:
Hello,
There are no official translations of SEP 1920 and SEP 1920 by the editorial society .

SEP 1921 is withdrawn. It is replaced by the European Standard EN 10228-3 (July 1998):
Nondestructive testing of steel forgings - part 3: ultrasonic testing of ferritic or martensitic steel forgings.

SEP 1920 (December 1984)is still available, but only in German language:
Ultraschallprüfung von gewalztem Halbzeug auf innere Werkstoffungänzen
[Ultrasonic testing of rolled semi-finished material for internal discontinuities]

Published and sold are all SEP's by:
Verlag Stahl-Eisen GmbH
PO box 105164
D-40042 Duesseldorf, Germany.

Or ask you local distributor for international specifications.

Kind regards
