Level III authority

Can a person certified Level III under NAS-410 administer a SNT-TC1A system?
CP-189 specifies the individual be the holder of a current ASNT Level III certificate but I cannot find a reference to that specific demand in SNT-TC1A-2001
Regards
Nick

CP-189 and SNT-TC-1A are 2 different documents. If your written practice is in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and allows a NAS-410 Level III to certify personnel then it is ok, but if your written practice is in accordance with CP-189, then you must have an ASNT Level III certificate holder to do this.
