QNDE 2006 Literature

In NDT.net's Virtual Library has been included the QNDE 2006 Abstract Book:
http://www.ndt.net/library/list.php3?Type=11&Country=-1&OrderBy=created+desc&long=1

The following Presentations (view graphs) are avaialable until 1. Jan 2007 at http://www.cnde.iastate.edu/qnde/Presentations.htm

Results from a New Prototype Embedded Defect Specimen Proposed for POD Analysis of Ultrasonic Systems - D. A. Stubbs, et. al., University of Dayton Research Institute, Dayton, Ohio

Electromagnetic Enhancement of Pulsed Eddy Current Signals - C. V. Mandache, et. al., Institute for Aerospace Research, Ontario Canada

Measuring Weld Transmissivity with an Ultrasonic Phased Array - W. B. Davis, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley, California

Markov Chain Monte Carlo Defect Identification and Signal Analysis in NDE Images - A. Dogandzic, Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa

I wonder why just these 4 presentations are online for the public available.
The proceedings from the conference will be published by the American Institute of Physics.
The previous QNDE 2005 Proceedings have been published in March 2006 for $405.00! by AIP.

ISAFE3 Intrinsically Safe Sensor System

ISAFE3 intrinsically safe sensor system of Vallen Systeme is especially targeted at the petrochemica
...
l - as well as oil and gas transportation industry. The sensor system is designed for permanent monitoring or periodic inspection tasks. Sensors are available for different AE-frequency ranges optimized for corrosion and fatigue crack detection and other applications. The ISAFE 3 sensor system consists of an AE-sensor (model ISAS3) certified according to ATEX/IEC for installation in zone 0, gas group IIC, IP68, 20 to +60 °C, and a signal isolator (model SISO3) certified for installation in zone 2. An ISAS3 sensor can be mounted in atmosphere or submerged, e.g. in water or crude oil. It is supported by mounting tools for temporary (magnets) or permanent (welded) installation. ISAFE3 supports automatic sensor coupling test and can be used with any AE signal processor supporting 28V supply at 90 mA peak, e.g. Vallen Systeme ASIP-2/A.
