You can obtain a girth weld scanner from a variety of sources, but first you need to decide if you want: a multiprobe scanner or a phased array scanner; a welding band scanner or a chain link or portable scanner; an automated or semi-automated (hand pushed but encoded) scanner.

Olympus NDT makes all these scanners, from a high speed motorized scanner (PipeWIZARD) to a chain link scanner (PipeSMART) to a variety of manual and motorized scanners. Check our web site.
