Re: transfaring the certificate
Hello Mr Sapokta

You call your certificates ASNT level II - do you mean they are issued in accordance with recommended practice SNT-TC-1A, i.e. employer-based cetification issued by the company-approved Level III. Or do you mean ACCP central certification, or CP 189?

ISO or EN NDT personnel certification is issued once the candidate has met ALL the requirements including training hours at an approved training establishment, documented minimum experience and successful completion of their stipulated examinations at an authorised test centre (amongst other things).

My best advice to you is to contact your nearest authorised test centre with all your records leading to certification - training certificates, exam results etc and ask them what they advise. If dual EN/SNT certification is required its usual to organise this before gaining individual certification in order to ensure meeting both sets of requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Good luck.

Nigel

To obtain the EN473 end/or ISO9712 certification You need to ask to a Certification Organization and their Examination Center operating everywhere, submit the application and perform an examination.
Also ASNT can examine according to their ACPP system which born to satisfy the ISO 9712 requirments.
