Oceaneering Inspection Division is a major provider of Engineering, Inspection and Non-Destructive testing services with world wide capability to the petrochemical, power generation, oil and gas and aerospace industries.
We are currently looking forward for the following personnel:
Job Title: Senior Safety Adviser
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical safety advisory for HSE delivery and performance in field development project from pre-FEED through to commissioning and handover to asset operation team.
Mentor and coach the HSE advisers working in the project team in technical safety to projects.
Act as technical safety SME and maintain HSE discipline consultancy for engineering design in field development projects including interfaces to existing plants and export pipelines
Provide technical safety consultancy advice to HSE advisors for procurement, contracting, construction, hook-up and commissioning activities.
Good understanding of Technical Safety and HSE-MS delivery in the EP business
HSE Technical Safety specialist experience coupled sound knowledge of HSE-MS implementation in a project environment through contractors and service providers
Experienced in communicating & implementing HSE Processes & programs
Ability to coordinate & deliver shared services & activities to the contractors groups
Change Mgt, Project Mgt, & Engagement Skills
Good knowledge of Group HEMP practices & OPMG
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Competent Technical Safety Specialist. HSE Specific areas of skills required are:
E&P Oil & Gas Process/Technical Safety Engineering
Safety HEMP Tools HAZOP/HAZID/QRA/JHA/FIREPRAN
