Lined or cladded Material Inspection

I would like to know your opinion on inspections techniques
for cladded or lined material in refinery services.
The objective is doing a non intrusive inspection.

Is it TOFD a good and accurate option ?.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Re: Cladded Material Inspection
We developed a clad ultrasonic gage especially useful for determination of local clad thickness and detection of lack of bonding between clad and substrate material using two independent channels. Suitable for metal plate, pipes and tubes with an inner clad layer. Parent material thickness from 4 mm. and clad thickness from 0.1 mm.
