1. NDT Supervisors:
Bachelor/Diploma graduate, Minimum 5 years experience in NDT industry of which 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Must possess a strong command of written and spoken English.
Computer literate, Must hold driving license.

2. Specialized NDT Equipment Supervisors
Bachelor/Diploma graduate.
Minimum 8 years experience in NDT industry and with working knowledge of AUT, MFL and PMI applications.

3. NDT/Heat Treatment Senior Coordinators
Bachelor/Diploma graduate.
Minimum 8 years experience in NDT industry, of which 5 years in similar function.
Computer literate.
Must hold driving license.

4. NDT Coordinators
Bachelor/Diploma graduate.
Minimum 5 years experience in NDT industry, 2 years of which as NDT Coordinator or in similar function.
Computer literate.

5. AUT Operators
Bachelor of Science Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certified to ASNT Level-II in UT, MT and PT.
Minimum of 5 years field experience in NDT, of which 2 years on Auto UT (phased array/ToFD) on cross-country pipeline projects.
Able to interpret and evaluate the test results and fully conversant with API 1104
Must have knowledge in computer operation.
Trained and certified by any AUT equipment (GE or OLYMPUS) manufacturer would be highly preferred.
Computer literate.

6. MFL Technicians
Bachelor of Science Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certified to ASNT Level-II in MT, PT, and Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) and must have current qualifications in the operation of MFL equipment.
Minimum of 6 years field experience in NDT, of which 2 years is on MFL testing (preferred on SILVERWING equipment)

7. RT/UT Technicians/Multi-Disciplined Technicians
10 +2 educational attainment
Certified to ASNT Level II in UT, RT, MT, and PT or qualified to BARC Level 1 or 2
Minimum 5years experience in NDT industry as UT Technician or as Multi-disciplined Technician.

rete, reinforced concrete, different stones. The operation applies pulse-echo technique at one-side access to the object. With the world’s first air-coupled phased-array UT inspection system SONOAIR we developed a technology that works with up to 4 transmitter and receiver channels with freely configurable square wave burst transmitters as wells as low noise receiving amplifiers.

Digital Radiography for Concrete Inspection

In the construction industry (buildings, bridges) there is a need for fast non- destructive means,
most commonly to locate targets (Pipes, Re-bars, Conduit, Fittings etc.) within concrete structures prior to drilling, cutting or coring. Measuring reinforcements is also performed for static calculations and to detect corrosion problems and damages. Cracks and voids can also be visualized. The examinations are not only restricted to concrete constructions; they can also be applied to reinforced masonry made of natural stones or bricks.
