visual acuity cross reference

I am a Level III examiner at one of the Honeywell facilities
and have been looking for a cross reference between Snellen
acuity levels (20-20, 20-30) and Jaeger acuity levels (J1, J2).
The information I currently have in hand is old and its origin is
unknown. Does anyone know where I can find such a reference?

Thank you in advance for any response I may receive.

Re: visual acuity cross reference
In the ASNT VT handbook there is a conversion chart on page 13

The ocular system uses the 20/20, 20/30 etc.

Kindest Regards
