Requirement of Instruments

Dear Sir,

We looking for an instrument which can detect the clogging of undrground pipe line full with liquid. The instrument should be capable of scanning the undr ground pipe line(without digging) with respect to its diameter, pressure and other related data.We have been told that intellegent pig can do this.

If any one manufacture such instrument meeting the above requirement, please forward relevant details along with prices at our email adresss. The required information may be marked to the attention of Mr. Pradeep Garg.

Thanks N Regards

.
Have you thought of ground seeking radar technique looking for solid blockages.
Also we have camera systems available for forward or side viewing, either hand driven or motorised crawler type vehicles, this is dependant on pipe bore size we concentrate on the smaller sizes 15.0 mm to 100.0mm bore capable of 3D bends.

.There are many companies around that can provide such systems.
For example:
ERA U.K www.era.co.uk
GEOVISION www.geovision.com
Geophysical www.geophysical.com
who manufacture a whole range of equipment for particular applications

Lyft™: Pulsed Eddy Current Reinvented

nresolved asset integrity problem in the industry. Current methods for measuring wall thickness with liftoff, without removing insulation, all have severe limitations. Eddyfi introduces Lyft — a reinvented, high-performance pulsed eddy current (PEC) solution. The patent- pending system features a state-of-the-art portable instrument, real- time C-scan imaging, fast data acquisition with grid-mapping and dynamic scanning modes, and flexibility with long cables. It can also scan through thick metal and insulation, as well as aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel weather jackets. Who else but Eddyfi to reinvent an eddy current technique and redefine CUI programs. Got Lyft?
