High frequency transducer with calibrated surface displacement

In order to calibrate an optical interferometer, I am looking for a transducer or other source with a known surface displacement (or velocity) when driven at a single frequency. The frequency range of interest is 20-150 MHz and eventually to 1 GHz. Resonant transducers at fixed frequencies would be OK. A small thin film device would be fine, as we can focus to a ~100 um spot.
