Address of concavity in Radiography criteria for ASME Section I

Dear all,

I wish to seek your opinions on the radiography acceptance criteria under ASME section I. Under PW-51 (RT criteria) did not clearly state if concavity of the root surface (suck back) or to what extent is acceptable, so does that mean we can just disregard this form of imprefection under this code?

Also, there is constraint of conducting a visual where it is a 2 1/2 inch nominal thk pipe.
