Does compliance certificate need to be reviewed?

Yes. It needs to be reviewed because a compilance report is issued for specified batch of goods/products produced or manufactured to a specified standard in a specified period by a specified manufacturer. The reference parameters of Test Certificates do not appear in the Compliance Certificate and hence it is all the more necessary to review the Compliance certificate to verify and confirm whether or not the goods received belong to this perticular Compliance certificate and whether or not this perticular Compliance Certificate covers the requirements of the manufacturing specification/code of manufacure etc.
