locating ERW Weld Bondline

Anyone has method of locating the weld bondline of a ERW weld? Thanks for your reply

I have had a fairly easy time locating the bond using a Shearwave UT and a appropriatly small 70 degree transducer. Actually, you are finding the 'absence of bond', as a sound weld will not return any appreciable signal. Lack-of Fusion in any weld is best found with UT, in my opinion.
