Testing of internal pipe coating for blistering and potential blister areas

I am looking for suitable tests to find all existing and potential blister areas on the internal pipe coating of a 1,4m dia pipe at present in 400m lengths. The coating is 1,5mm thick.

1. What is the wall thickness of the pipe?

2. Is there any wall loss on these pipe?

3. Were are you located?

4. We have an instrument that is capable of measuring the liner thickness
of pipe.

Gavin,
Phoenix manufacture an accoustic emission device which will detect blisters in pipes and will give you the cross section area loss and the distance from the transmitter. Bends and Tees have no effect, pipe diameters from 10-500mm and lengths to 500m. You need access at one point. If this is of interest then please contact me
