Software to visualize the defects

I am looking for a software to visualize the defects in a 3D CAD model . Not to visualize the UT path or echo but only the idealized flaw (ellitpical or semi-elliptical flaw) and to calculate some characteristics of it (ligament to closest wall,...). Thank a lot.
