Dear Asep,
ULTRA Institute is making for many years digital ultrasonic flaw detectors CUD, equipment (for example: many types of probes, special holders etc.), software, NDT procedures etc. Our flaw detectors are equipped in all types of possibilities of classic digital flaw detectors furthermore they have unique features which provide:
1. Automatic storing tests results (2 types of scaner)
2. Automatic valuation of tests results for example according to EN 1712, EN 1713, EN 1714
3. Original illustration of tests results – sonograms (more informations than in B-Scan)
4. Semi-automatic protocols printing + tests results and protocols storing on the computer
These features reduce testing time repeatedly (even 10 times) and they provide:
- increasing of tests recurrence
- increasing of flaws detecting and valuation propriety
- increasing of tests credibility (for example sonograms are clear for everyone)
The flaw detector CUD with all these unique features you can buy for a good price.

High-performance Linear Phased Array Probes

Available to order from stock in a range of 5MHz – 7.5MHz and from 16 to 64 elements. Designed w
ith piezo-composite elements, Phoenix phased array probes provide high-resolution imaging to maximise sensitivity; accurate ultrasonic detection and sizing of defects in welds; and effective corrosion mapping. Housed in a rugged stainless steel case for on-site industrial NDT applications.

TVC awarded UKAS accreditation

TVC are delighted to finally announce we have been awarded UKAS accreditation for our calibration
laboratory. Laboratory accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 enables us to conduct the Electrical Verification of Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Equipment to BS EN 12668-1:2010. It has taken many months of hard work and we want to thank our staff for all their efforts during this massive undertaking.

Compact NDT inspection-heads for measurements with active thermography

The compact inspection head is suitable for thermographic ndt tasks. The uncooled infrared camera
is specially developed for NDI-tasks and offers a thermal sensitivity until now known only from thermal imagers with cooled detector. All required components and functions are integrated into the inspection-head. You will only need an ethernet cable to connect the sensor with the evaluation system.
