The "ZOND" corporation was established in 1993 by the specialists on a ultrasonic nondestructive testing. From the date of the foundation the corporation specializes on solving problems of non-destructive testing of metallic constructions on a railway transport and in other branches.
The main direction of activity is consulting and methodical help, development and manufacturing of equipment for ultrasonic non-destructive testing and instrumentation of remote measurement of temperature of items, application of instrumentation and technologies of a nondestructive testing, delivery of devices, scaners, sensors and accessories for ultrasonic flaw detection.
Among our employees there are doctors of sciences, specialists certificated on 3 (maximum) qualification levels for ultrasonic, magnetic and visual kinds of inspection, and also having the certificate International Institute of Welding.
The "ZOND" corporation awakely cooperates to Rail-WayUniversity (St.-Petersburg) and with many leading firms in the field of a nondestructive testing .
We are made specialized ultrasonic flaw-detectors UDS2-32, more than 300 pieces which one are applied in a railway transport in Russia and number of countries, scanners and probes for testing of details railway transport, devices such as UR-1 and UR-2 for registration testing results.
The " ZOND " corporation have been participated in development of a number of normative documents in the field of a nondestructive testing on a railway transport of Russia, which one are engage for using.
We were the official suppliers of the Ministry of Railway Transport of Russia under the State program of providing of safety on transport in 1998, 1999 and 2000.
All produced instrumentation has the Certificates State Standarts Organisation of Russia (Gosstandart) and is included in the Branch list of measurements of the Ministry of railway transport of Russia.
