I am S.R.G.PRABHU; an Indian National worked in Europe, Asia, Middle East and West/North Africa.
I have completed my contract in Abu Dhabi for a short term job for NPCC as AUT specialist for an AUT contractor validation/verification job offshore for the client GASCO.
I completed my job in Angola since 12th Feb to 11th April to work as TOTAL CLIENT AUT SPECIALIST for their offshore pipe lay project. I just came back from Persian Gulf for a pipe lay job for STATOIL HYDRO -NORWAY as client AUT inspector FROM Dec 07 to Feb 01, 2009. Previously I was working for ENI GAS in an offshore platform in Libya as Inspection supervisor. I completed my contract with QATARGAS II, offshore Qatar for 42 inch condensate project since April 07 TO Oct 07 as client LEAD inspector( AUT SURVEYOR). Last year I was in an offshore pipe lay project in Persian gulf for Statoil -Norway as Client AUT surveyor in a Pipe lay barge. Previously I worked in Sakhalin island for RGS-Russian German consortium which was the sole inspection authority for Sakhalin II phase II projects. I was a third party AUT inspector onboard SEMAC-I, overseeing Saipem techs every day work from July1005 to Nov2005.
From 2003 June to 2004 March, I was a SHELLDEEPWATER NIGERIA (SNEPCO) a division of DEEPWATER SHELL-HOUSTON client AUT/ SENIOR WELDING inspector for their deepwater pipe lay project, 'Bonga' in Nigeria and Paris-France. From 2001 to 2003 I was a Exxon Mobil Nigeria client inspector offshore.
I have worked in France, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Angola, Saudi, China and India and also Persian gulf. My experience includes Refineries, Petrochemical, Desalinations, Pipelines on and offshore, offshore structures including risers and deepwater J-lay. I am flexible, team man and constantly learning to improve my quality of work.
I am CSWIP AUT PHASED ARRAY DATA INTERPRETER (as per EN 473) from TWI north- Middles borough, ASNT LEVEL III in RT and UT, Senior welding inspector from AWS, and OLUMPUS OMNISCAN PHASED ARRY MANUAL UT trained and certified as Level II with my offshore survival(BOSIET-OPITO CERTIFIED), and H2S both valid currently and till April 2012.
