Can anyone guide me, how we decide the amount of Radiography required on a new line, do we have some standard, ASME?

in the design spec. depends on which spec is used. asme b31.3 etc.

then it depends on the use, pressure rating or however the design spec puts it.

design spec should be stated in PO or drawing if not you need to find out.

Mr. Azhar Jamil,
First of all you should have a procedure for radiography and as far as i know in pakistan
they use API 1104 for most of the radiography done on pipe lines, it will guide you
accordingly the amount of RT needed.
