Use of AUT in lieu of RT according ASME B31.3 for high pressure applications

ASME B31.3 specifies that for high pressure piping UT shall not be substituted for RT but may supplement it (art. K341.4.2).
CC 181-1 gives the chance to apply an alternative UT acceptance criteria in lieu of those described in 344.6.2 (UT acceptance criteria) but it seems to not give me the possibility to use UT in lieu of RT (as CC 2235/9 for BPV code, whenever CC181 is quite similar to it).
Who can help to find a code solution for using UT in lieu of RT?

Im not too clear on your question, are you asking if you can re evaluate a weld with UT when it has allready been inspected by RT, or if you can perform UT at all on B31.3?
In the first instance, the answer is simple - no!
In the second instance, the answer is yes - see 344.6.2
