Site QA/QC Manager
§ Responsible for verification that all Site Engineering, Procurement (bulk material and any local procured equipment or service) and Construction work is carried out in strict accordance with the project quality plan and the execution plans.
§ Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan and Procedures.
§ Verify the implementation and maintenance of the Project Construction Quality Plan and Procedures.
§ Perform on Site quality audits/surveillance and prepare reports.
§ Manage Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs) related to defective products received at Site, helping to identify potential causes and proposing corrective actions. Inform to the Project QA/QC Manager and coordinate with him the resolution of DMRs.
§ Verify that equipments have been tested and registered according to applicable codes and local regulations prior to operation.
§ Measure nonconformity of Site activities, identify existing and/or potential problems, and provide recommendations to meet specified requirements.
§ Report on Site Quality matters to the Project QA/QC Manager and Construction Manager.
§ Prepare Site quality input to the project close-out report.
§ prepare (when applicable), review and approve construction inspection and test procedures and plans.
§ Has the delegated authority and the organizational freedom to audit and to measure all Site project activities.
§ Has the authority to stop any Site production activity on the Project due to inadequate performance that may result in a Nonconforming Product.
§ Degree (or equivalent level) Qualified in B.Sc or BA engineering subject
§ Experienced Lead Auditor of quality management systems
§ Sound knowledge of the application of Management Systems within the engineering construction industry.
§ Good Knowledge in International Codes, Standards and Specifications and reputed Oil &Gas sector Company practices/project specifications is required (UNE,EN, ASME,ASTM,API etc)
§ Good Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001
§ Possess good leadership and motivational skills
§ Will also have experience with testing materials as well as formal quality assurance training and direct experience monitoring, verifying material used on site for building construction project to include: steel, rebar, cement, wood flooring, fixtures etc.
§ Certification from reputed agencies on NTD, welding with some preferred experience in oil &gas industry.

ISAFE3 Intrinsically Safe Sensor System
ISAFE3 intrinsically safe sensor system of Vallen Systeme is especially targeted at the petrochemica
l - as well as oil and gas transportation industry. The sensor system is designed for permanent monitoring or periodic inspection tasks. Sensors are available for different AE-frequency ranges optimized for corrosion and fatigue crack detection and other applications.
The ISAFE 3 sensor system consists of an AE-sensor (model ISAS3) certified according to ATEX/IEC for installation in zone 0, gas group IIC, IP68, 20 to +60 °C, and a signal isolator (model SISO3) certified for installation in zone 2. An ISAS3 sensor can be mounted in atmosphere or submerged, e.g. in water or crude oil. It is supported by mounting tools for temporary (magnets) or permanent (welded) installation.
ISAFE3 supports automatic sensor coupling test and can be used with any AE signal processor supporting 28V supply at 90 mA peak, e.g. Vallen Systeme ASIP-2/A.
