Could anyone explain the expression "Go no Go" used in Automated Ut?
When you do an ultrasonic inspection the results are normally in decibels or percentage full screen height. You may have a rejection criteria that states that you reject anything that is -6B or less.
The automated system would display in two colours, possibly green for good and red for bad, this is described by the slang term go/no go which really means good and bad.
