Has anyone any information related to Ultrasonic computed tomography method to compute and reconstruct bubbles of air inside the soft tissue?

We are working on the system, that based on our holographic camera for fingerprint recognition should be able to do this job too.
This is a device, that is both holographic and tomographic and will be able achieve 3D resolution of at least 0.1mm.
