Do someone know where I can find transducer medical backing & matching layers materials data. And where I can buy them?

Standard epoxy filled with tungesten partices, is often used as backing for ultrasonic transducers.

Matching layers could be (1) one quarter wavelength layer (2) multiple graded layer configuration. Depending on your configuration, it is just a question of choosing material that has the correct impedance characteristics for your matching layer profile.
