SAFT - The synthetic aperture focusing algorithms of time domain( TD-SAFT ) and frequency domain ( FD-SAFT ) are used to enhance the quality of scan image.

The synthetic aperture focusing technology (SAFT) seems two meanings. First,
take ultrasonic inspections of many smaller pies-electric elements at ordered position as one single inspection of a larger ultrasonic transducer. On the second, take the
actual testing facts that each transducer element transmits and receives the echo signal
one by one as if they work synchronously. It is simple to obtain the testing signal,
using a wide oriented transducer element scan alone the line, record the testing signal
of every position. Take a group of signals of scan position as a phased array,
dynamically focused on the point you care. In other words to add the signal of each
element at the time of pulse arriving the receivers.

Product Spotlight

SONOAIR - air-coupled Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection System

For highly attenuating materials, the performance of the system is critical. The ultrasonic sensors,
...
the scanning area and the system settings should be flexibly adapted to the test task and the material. These high expectations are met with the new and modular testing system SONOAIR. With the world’s first air-coupled phased-array UT inspection system SONOAIR we developed a technology that works with up to 4 transmitter and receiver channels with freely configurable square wave burst transmitters as wells as low noise receiving amplifiers.

HD-CR 35 NDT Computed Radiography System

Portable high-resolution CR scanner for all radiography applications - weld testing, profile images
...
and aerospace. No matter what type of radiographic testing you are performing, the unique TreFoc Technology of the HD-CR 35 NDT imaging plate scanner always guarantees the highest image quality.

Navic - Steerable Modular Automated Scanner

The Navic is a modular, motorized, steerable scanner designed to carry multiple attachments used
...
in various scanning and inspection applications. The Navic is capable of weld scanning (girth welds and long seam welds), automated corrosion mapping, and tank scanning.

MUSE Mobile Ultrasonic Equipment

The MUSE, a portable ultrasonic imaging system, was developed for in-field inspections of light-weig
...
ht structures. The MUSE consists of a motor-driven manipulator, a water circulation system for the acoustic coupling and a portable ultrasonic flaw detector (USPC 3010). The MUSE provides images of internal defects (A-, B-,C- and D-scan).
