Technicial Assistance required for forthcoming shutdown projects across GCC Countries. Final interview expected during 1st week of Feb 2010. Project to start in first Quarter of 2010.
Primary responsibilities will include:
The Technical Assistant will be the main focal point for all technical assistance relating to drilling, completions and well services. Specific duties will include:
Maintaining & developing departmental drilling schedules for all areas of operations
Coordinating and populating operations data into well summary sheets
Coordinate data compilation for the system and all data management integration requirements
Completion of weekly reports eg. Operational and Safety Performance
Build and maintain Department Competency Tracking System
The ideal candidate should have diploma in engineering or equivalent.
At least 7 years of related experience in the Oil and Gas sector is highly desirable.
Hands on Experience with AutoCAD and Smart Sketch is desirable.
Should be fully conversant with MS Office and familiar with SAP.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
