Job Title: NDT Supervisor Level III
Location: Across GCC Countries
Job Type: Forthcoming Shutdown projects
Salary: DOE

NDT Supervisor Level III required for forthcoming shutdown projects across GCC Countries. Final interview expected during 1st week of Feb 2010. Project to start in first Quarter of 2010.

Primary responsibilities will include:
• The successful candidate will provide supervision, direction, and leadership through example for the department.
• Will support management of inspection programs.
• Will carryout/execute Inspection/Tests.
• As an NDT Supervisor you will coordinate activities of all NDT personnel.
• Capable to provide advice in the field of failure analysis.
• Must be knowledgeable about the identification and classification of various types of damage and be capable of discerning acceptable conditions.
• Will manage scheduling to ensure efficient and timely flow of product through the department.
• Will ensure that the inspection documentation and Kept up to date in SAP system.
• Maintain awareness of equipment condition, notifying Maintenance Manager of items requiring attention, and executing those actions necessary to maintain safe and effective equipment.
• Coordinate and provide training of personnel. Perform or coordinate Safety and Human Resource functions as appropriate within department.

• The ideal candidate should have diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10+ years experience in the inspection and testing of in-services oil and gas related equipment and facilities, both onshore and offshore.
• Hands on Experience with oil and Gas Static Equipment.
• ASNT/PCN level-III at least in 3 methods and CSWIP3.2 certification required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Should be fully conversant with MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment

TVC awarded UKAS accreditation

TVC are delighted to finally announce we have been awarded UKAS accreditation for our calibration
