Penstock Inspection

Does anyone know of either a manufacturer of robots or a service provider capable of inspecting steel penstocks that are encased in concrete? Both welded and riveted construction are used. Diameters vary from 1000 mm to 7000 mm. Wall thickness varies from 10 to 40 mm. Lengths vary up to 1 km. The slope inclination within the penstock varies from 15 to 75 degrees from the horizontal.

I envision a magnetic tracked vehicle with:
Location tracking capability
High resolution pan, tilt and zoom colour CCD camera(s)
Onboard lighting
3D laser profilometry e.g. Faro Laser Photon or similar
EMAT wall thickness
MFL wall thickness measurements
Laser ultrasound capable of measuring the wall thickness through 360 degrees.

In operation, the EMAT and MFL data will provide a "truth check" of the data from the laser ultrasound albeit a local swath immediately adjacent to the robot.

Real time data would be fed back to a remote station via an umbilical.
