TOFD sizing algorithms

Is there a publication that provides the equations for TOFD
sizing of an indication in a cylinderical geometry?
I would like the equations for testing from a convex and concave
surfaces. BS7706 illustrates the problems but only give equations for the flat codition.

There sure is, and a lot more. We have commercially available
software that will do many things in TOFD set up and analysis.
Because this type of software is developed for a relatively small
group of users, it is not very cheap. However, if you have
just one set up to make, just send me the details of the geometry
and for you as a good colleague I will give you a set up.

Many thanks for the offer!

However, my interest is not of an application nature. I am drafting a TOFD Code for North America and I wanted to provide guidelines for the curved surface examinations similar to the guidelines for flat seen in AFNOR and CEN and British Standards.

I have seen RTD and RDTech TOFD software both equipped with these corrections but I was hoping to go to a publication (text or periodical article) for the formulae.
If you have any recommendations for such a reading source I will look for it immediately.
