ET+UT system

Would you please supply proper system of detecting surface and internal defect for copper rod(wire) as belows conditions?
We would like discuss with our customer within next week.

1.Material : copper
2.dirmeter : 4mm ~ 70mm
3.speed : 100 meter / min, max.

best regards

Re: ET+UT system (Eddy current system)
Sciensoria has a new low-cost 2-frequency eddy current system: the µDS-05 model, which can solve your application.

This instrument has 2 independent channels which can work at 2 different frequencies. The instrument can either work as 2 separate unit or a 2-frequency unit.

oved signal to noise ratio, characterize, size and analyze defects better with access to several wave mode views and save raw FMC data for higher quality analysis.  Some of the benefits are:
  • Beautiful Image! Easier to understand what you're looking at
  • Completely focused in entire image or volume
  • Much easier to define setups before inspection
  • Easier to decipher geometry echoes from real defects
  • Oriented defects (e.g. cracks) are imaged better
  • See image from different wave modes from one FMC inspection
  • FMC data can be reprocessed/analyzed without going back to the field
