Looking for ANSER's buyer company

My company has bought a Quasar instrument from ANSER Inc USA in 1993. We plan to improve the instrument, but no more contact from ANSER. Someone has told me that a Canadian company has bought the ANSER, but he was not clear about the company name. Any body can help me the name and address of that Canadian company?

Dear Sir,
My company markets the Quasar International instrument in Europe, and Quasar International market this in USA.
I assume that you are talking about the Quasar International Resonant Inspection instrument, used for inspecting manufactured components for defects.

For more details, please contact Quasar International directly. Their web site is www.quasarintl.com

Regards,

Godfrey Hands.

Re: Looking for ANSER's buyer company
Please contact Mr. D. Ives at CoreStar in Irwin, Pa, USA. ANSER is a Westinghouse product and they do no longer support it as I believe. The People from CoreStar are mostly ex-Westinghouse. They will be able to help you out.
Phone: +1 724 744 4094 or
e-mail: ives@corestar-corp.com

Good luck

FMC/TFM

Next generation for Phased Array UT is here now with FMC/TFM! Have higher resolution imaging, impr

oved signal to noise ratio, characterize, size and analyze defects better with access to several wave mode views and save raw FMC data for higher quality analysis.  Some of the benefits are:
  • Beautiful Image! Easier to understand what you're looking at
  • Completely focused in entire image or volume
  • Much easier to define setups before inspection
  • Easier to decipher geometry echoes from real defects
  • Oriented defects (e.g. cracks) are imaged better
  • See image from different wave modes from one FMC inspection
  • FMC data can be reprocessed/analyzed without going back to the field

Lyft™: Pulsed Eddy Current Reinvented

PEC Reinvented—CUI Programs Redefined Corrosion under insulation (CUI) is possibly the greatest u

nresolved asset integrity problem in the industry. Current methods for measuring wall thickness with liftoff, without removing insulation, all have severe limitations. Eddyfi introduces Lyft — a reinvented, high-performance pulsed eddy current (PEC) solution. The patent- pending system features a state-of-the-art portable instrument, real- time C-scan imaging, fast data acquisition with grid-mapping and dynamic scanning modes, and flexibility with long cables. It can also scan through thick metal and insulation, as well as aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel weather jackets. Who else but Eddyfi to reinvent an eddy current technique and redefine CUI programs. Got Lyft?
