Coextrusion Film Flatness

We manufacture a multilayer coextrusión PA/PE blown film. The manufacture shows no problems at all. However, during the slitting process, we find that the film is not completely flat in the reel. When the film is not stretched in the slitting machine, one can see some undulation (waves) that do not follow the length of the film but slowly deviate. In some cases, during the slitting process, one side of the reel is stretched but the other is loose, as if the length of the film in one side of the reel was considerably longer than in the other side.
Any hint for causes and possible solutions?
MC
