Does it have to be phased array? What frequency, size
etc. are you looking for?

Can you share something about the application? That would
help us figure what might be suitable. Med electronics
has circular devices (intraluminal and intravascular
ultrasound).

If you contact RD Tech they have PA transducers as well as instruments www.rd-tech.com , there are contact names there that can help you out.
