inversion problem to determine non-conductive thickness

Hi, i have some calibraiton points for a non-conductive coating test. I tried fitting various functions to these points, however i could not achieve a reasonable fit, and am not sure how to use ec theory to obtain a function. Does anyone know how i can find a good function to fit? This being a liftoff problem, there might be some applicable theory to use? anyway i need a function so i can do an inversion.

Thanks,
