Setting Sensitivity to CSA W59

I am just reading through W59 and it says you can set the sensitivity from the 1.5mm hole which is 15mm down in the IIW block. It also says you can use other approved blocks (DSC & SC) to set sensitivity. My question is the other blocks, the SC has the same size holes but at different depths and the DSC uses the groove. Are all of these considered equivilent, does it matter which one you use?
