BS EN 13860 - 1:2003 Clarification

I have been reviewing standard BS EN 13869 - 1:2003 and have a query concerning Phase Linearity (Section 6.4.6).

In particular, the standard documentation states:

"The phase angle of the ith sample is to be compared with the theoretical value for the ith sample:

ÖIi = i.(fd/fe).360 + ÖOo.

My question is whether ÖOo should be ÖOi, i.e. comparing with the measured phase angle of the ith sample. If not what is ÖOo?

Apologies if I have missed something obvious.
