rotary hole inspection for corrosion

Just after some info if there is a test std for calibrating for corrosionn in fastener holes. We have a Phasec 2s using the Hocking mini rotator and our probes are plastic adjustable NDT ENG CORP with a 100khz - 1mhz freq range. Our insp procedure only allows us to inspect for cracking and not corrosion. If corrosion is found during open hole insp then we have to visually I.D. the corrosion or back it up with a Fluro Penetrant. This is not good as we at one insp can inspect dozens of holes.

Any info would be great.

Re: rotary hole inspection for corrosion We build a family of laser-based inspection systems and sensros that are well suite to automatically mapping corrosion on the ID of small bores. What size holes are these? What size pits do you need to quantify?
