Ferrite Measurement in Reformer catalyst tube material Manurite 36X

We are operating a Ammonia plant (capacity 1700 TPD) and Urea plant (capacity 2250 TPD) .

We have reformer having following details:
Thickness (msw) : 11.3 mm
Material of tube : Manuarite 36X (Cr25%,Ni 35%,Nb)
Length of tube : 13.65 Mts
No of burner : 432 ( side fired )

We have measured ferrite no.using Elcometer banana type and found that in one of the tube FN is 13.5 .
Let me know how much is allowed in such centrifugally casted tube in high temp.environment.
As per our knowlege 13.5 FN means 13.5% austinite has converted into ferrite strcuture
