Re-calibration of EMCOL 6K Portable Current Flow Magnetic Particle Inspection Unit

We are using the Current Flow Magnetic Particle Inspection Unit. Its re-calibration is overdue and we want to re-calibrate it. Can anyone guide me how to re-calibrate (in-house) or help me in developing the re-calibration procedure.
We have some other equipment as digital fiield strength indicator which is calibrated, may be it will help us.

Thanks & Regards

Re: Re-calibration of EMCOL 6K Portable Current Flow Magnetic Particle Inspection Unit
Jamil

Calibration of the Emcol unit will primarily be to verify the accuacy of the mounted ammeters, so you will need someone who can check their accuracy back to National Standards. For the magnetic flux function which ia a %age, no calibration is feasible, just a function test. Best bet is to find an approved calibration authority in your area.

Hope this helps. Nigel
