TOFD Hyperbolic cursor

Does anyone know how to draw the Hyperbolic cursor to minimize the error in the depth calculation from a TOFD inspection?

The equation, if I have uploaded it properly, should appear above. The equation is based on both the defect and the send-receive pair centered on the weld.
C = wave velocity
t = time
y = scan position
d = depth of defect (point-scatterer)
Transmitter position is –S
Receiver position is +S

Equation is
(C^2 * t^2)/(4 * k^2) – y^2 / k^2 = 1,
